Exchange Policy

At Go Outlet, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer the option to exchange clothing items within 3 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

– Items must be unused and unworn

– The original price tag must still be attached

– You must present a valid purchase receipt or proof of order

– No refunds will be issued in cash or to your credit card

 Please note: Items can only be exchanged twice per order.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please contact us at +961 70 634403 within 24 hours of placing the order or before the item is shipped.

Your order may also be cancelled automatically for reasons such as:

– Items are out of stock

– Payment issues

– Incomplete or invalid shipping information

– Duplicate orders

– Customer request

– Damaged or defective items

 Cancellations are free of charge, provided they happen before the order is handed over to the shipping provider.

 If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal at delivery, or change of mind, we will deduct:

– Shipping and return fees

– Any applicable customs or tax charges

The remaining item amount will be issued as a store credit voucher once the returned items are received at our warehouse.

Damaged or Defective Items

Unfortunately, damaged or defective items cannot be exchanged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our team immediately at +961 70 634403 for assistance.
